Over the past three decades, Storm Boswick (Sean Morgan Storm Boswick) has established a stellar reputation in asset management, venture capital, and strategic advisory. His career spans a broad range of public and private equity and debt sectors, where he has successfully overseen investments and advised high-level clients on navigating complex financial landscapes.

Storm has held various governance roles, serving on the Board of Directors at the UCLA Space Institute. In his capacity, he contributes to both the Technical and Finance Committees, further solidifying his position as a thought leader. His work has taken him globally, with significant experiences in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Israel, France, the Netherlands, and the Caribbean. Throughout his career, he has shared his expertise with numerous major financial networks, including CNBC, Bloomberg, CNNfn, and leading publications such as The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s, the Financial Times, and Crain’s.

His academic journey began at Ridley College in Ontario, where he first developed his passion for international relations and finance. Storm continued his studies at Choate Rosemary Hall before attending the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. He earned an MA Honours degree in Economic History and International Relations there. At St. Andrews, he served as president of the International Politics Association, was an active varsity golf team member, and conducted research at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London.

Storm entered the financial world in 1994 when he joined Goldman Sachs as a financial analyst in New York. His rapid ascent continued when he moved to J&W Seligman, where he became the youngest partner in the firm’s history. At Seligman, he oversaw technology, media, and telecom investments worth billions of dollars. In 2001, he expanded his portfolio management expertise by joining Sigma Capital as a long/short portfolio manager. In 2006, he founded Brompton Cross Capital, an investment firm focused on both public and private technology sectors, where he played a pivotal role in shaping its growth.

After his successful tenure at Brompton Cross Capital, Storm moved to Brock Capital Group as a Senior Managing Director. Over the next decade, he advised on private debt portfolios and worked closely with companies like Medley Capital, Brightwood Capital, and MC Credit. His strategic financial consulting and portfolio management expertise made him a key player in the global investment community, particularly across North America, Europe, and Asia.

In 2021, Storm shifted gears to found TRE Advisors, focusing on offering advisory services in the technology and industrial sectors within the Five Eyes Alliance and Israel. He focuses on Public/Private Partnerships and Dual-Purpose technologies, working with clients to meet their complex investment and growth needs. Additionally, he manages TRE Ventures, a portfolio that targets venture capital, private equity, and private debt opportunities for his clients.

Outside his finance career, Storm is also dedicated to marine conservation. He has actively supported the Fabien Cousteau Ocean Learning Center and participates in coral reef restoration efforts with the Reef Restoration Foundation in Bonaire. As a certified scuba diver, he contributes directly to underwater research and restoration. His passion for golf continues with his membership at the prestigious St. Andrews Golf Club, maintaining his competitive spirit and love for the sport.
